This session aims to discuss some core issues of social sustainability in an urban context. And connect the dots between the individual level, neighbourhoods, and cities. How can we rethink public spaces, urban infrastructure and programming that support diverse and resilient communities? How can we create new processes and partnership models between citizens, private enterprises and public sector? But perhaps most importantly: how can we make sure that the we do all of this and more always keeping people’s real needs at the center?
Meet the emerging urban change makers of Oslo whose practice is offering new perspectives on how we can develop cities together, and for the good of all.
